Our Facility Offers: Queen size beds in in select rooms. Full kitchen suites for the convenience of longer stays. Some rooms also have futons for extra sleeping space. For our guests we have outdoor grilles, picnic tables and a place for your own campfire! We can accommodate any situation, so call today to secure your advance reservations.

Heated Pool!!

Don't care to fight the crowds heading to the beach? Not a problem. Our beautiful in ground pool is available to our guests. Refreshing cool water just a few steps from your door. Drop your things in your room and jump right in...ahhhhhhh. Please Note: Our swimming pool is for registered guests only.

Pet Policy at Warren Dunes Motel - please read the following information if you are bringing a pet of any kind. Pet are not allowed on the State Park beach, therefore to be left in our motel rooms they must be caged. We really discourage you bringing your pet and then leaving them for the entire day. As a result, there is a $5.00 per day charge for all pets.

BIG Changes Are Coming for Warren Dunes Motel!

We are going to be replacing the motel with a Park Model Village! What are Park Models you ask? Many people are choosing these dwellings for their vacation and seasonal get-aways.

These transportable units are delivered and ready to enjoy, with a homey atmosphere and a fully functional bathroom, kitchen with all the appliances needed, a furnished bedroom and living/dining room, and has window treatments and carpeting. Also included is a thermostat controlled forced-air heating & air conditioning system. All this in a compact, easy to maintain 400 square foot dwelling. Most units are 11' to 12' wide and approx. 36' long with a peaked and shingled roof. The units would be delivered to your site, hooked up to the utilities and ready for occupancy. The steps, deck or add on rooms are not included in the price, as everyone has different tastes. Make sure you talk to Ken & Madelyn Kline for there are a limited number of spot available.
